55 days of Bookish Questions

That's a lot of questions...a lot of days...but I found this list of questions on a website and since reading (along with penpalling) is one of my favourite past times, I thought I'd do this.

Here's the list, along with my answer for question 1.

1. Favourite Childhood Book
Without a doubt it would have to be the Faraway Tree, written by Enid Blighton.  I had the large, fully illustrated copy of all manner of these books like these as well as The Wishing Chair series.
I can still remember good old Moonface! The slippery dip and those wonderful cakes they would eat.  One needed to be careful of Dame Wash a Lot throwing her bucket of dirty water down the tree and let's not forget the wonderful land above the clouds and all the trouble Connie got into up there!  (Ordering a sardine icecream because she thought it didn't exist, and then having to eat it). What a naughty girl!
